Erica Ray, Psy.D, LCPC
Erica (Co-owner) is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She has an extensive background in social services with children/families, individuals, and couples/pre-marital therapy. Erica’s approach is client-centered and treatment of the “whole person” with sessions focusing on reconciling one’s past with his/her current experiences. Treatment modalities endorsed are cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, couples counseling, LGBTQ affirmative, school assistance, and navigation through the stages of grief. Erica is also licensed in Illinois and Georgia.

Jennifer Galle, MA, LCPC
Jennifer Galle MA, LCPC (co-owner) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in 2003, and has a wide range of both personal and professional experience. Initially, Jennifer gained a great deal of her experience working with the Department of Children and Family services, providing trauma based counseling, family reunification, adoption preparation, behavioral management training, parenting coaching, and family/marital counseling. In 2011, she moved into the arena of private practice, and began to focus on bringing her skills to a wider range of individuals and families. As a clinician, Jennifer prides herself on taking both an eclectic and holistic approach to treatment. She works collaboratively with her clients to identify their therapeutic goals, and they then develop a plan to achieve them together. Her therapeutic methods focus on tackling the most problematic emotions and behaviors quickly to provide the most
immediate results possible, and she strives to be sure that each person walking through her door feels heard and accepted.
Overall, Jennifer views herself as a knowledgeable guide and source of support along this journey, and recognizes that her clients determine the focus. She enjoys working with all ages, and is experienced in both marital and family therapy modalities as well. Jennifer is often accompanied by our therapy dog Rhea, who is a patient favorite here at the Full Circle Alliance.
Mofoluwa Amiyan, APRN
Mofoluwa Amiyan, known as “Moffie” is a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Nurse in General Adult and Child psychiatry. Moffie completed her training in psychiatry from University of Illinois at Chicago after several years of experience as a psychiatry nurse. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. Moffie’s goal as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is to help the patients get the best solutions that will make them feel their best. Whether that is psychiatric evaluations and/ or treatments for any mental health problem, her style of giving help is by doing it with lots of care and deep listening and viewing each of her patients as unique individual people. This is important because a successful treatment results from having an understanding on someone's needs, environment, and circumstance(s). Moffie’s hospital affiliations include Hartgrove and Garfield Hospitals.


Milford Wilson Jr., MA
Milford Wilson is a counselor in the state of Illinois who has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University and a Master of Arts Degree in Community Counseling from Chicago State University. He has over 20 years in social services with children and families, youth placements, counseling and on-call crisis intervention with several Chicago Police Districts. Milford’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders and grief/loss. If you feel like you don’t know what else to do or are at your breaking
point with your children, partner, or even yourself, Milford is a firm believer that it is never too late to work on any problem if you are willing to try.
Allison Bellel, LSW
Allison Bellel is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois, and completed her master's studies at the Western New Mexico University. She completed clinical training at RHP The National Center of Excellence for Veterans and Their Families at Rush University Medical Center, under Michael Brennan. Service members, veterans and military families who have given so much have motivated her to continue in this field. Her style is direct, transparent and highly individualized. She always encourages questions and welcomes feedback.
Some areas of focus include: Addictions and substance use; Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and 'inner child' healing; betrayal trauma and infidelity; developmental trauma; interpersonal and relational challenges; ‘men’s issues’; military needs (including TBI, post traumatic stress, substance use); self esteem challenges and self doubt. Alli considers any client choosing to open up to her and open themselves to change as a gift that she won't ever take for granted. She truly feels that she learns from every client as much as that person learns from her.
